Visiting Pictures of Christmas Past

I was just looking at pictures on Facebook and came across very similar Christmas pictures from the past two years. I love love comparison pictures!! I just thought i'd share them.

Cami in 2008.
OMG look at her hair!! I wish i'd never cut it. She's so precious!!
in '09, being extra poised and lady like. Sweet thing.
this year, in 2010. I love her genuine, silly grin here!
 I see a lot of growth from '08 to '09, but not much from last year to this. Mostly in her face, if anything. She does look much more mature and less "baby faced" She's always been so photogenic. My little model girl.

Here's my itty bitty CRC in '08 at only 2 months old

 in '09 giving the cutest "Cindy Loo Hoo" vibe EVER!
 ..and this year in 2010, sporting some extra long bangs that mommy promptly cut after seeing this picture!
I see quite a huge difference in CRCover the past two years. She's grown a ton and her little face has changed dramatically, but is still oh.so.cute!!

Christmas time is always great for us. I love the holidays and capturing my sweet girls in front of the Christmas tree is always a must! I absolutely love to see them grow from year to year.

Merry Merry Christmas 2010!!

Merry Christmas 2010!!!
We've had such a great Christmas. The girls were definitely blessed this year. We had three different Christmas party/family functions to go to and there were many many presents at each one for the girls. That's not even including all of the stuff mommy, daddy, and Santa brought!

I have about a million pictures to share. I will let this post mostly explain itself with pictures.

 These are from Christmas Eve at NiNi's family's Christmas party.

 Me with my mommy!
 The girls' loot on Christmas morning. Actually this was the night before when "Santa" set it all up.
 Their letter from Santa.

 The first thing they both ran to was their awesome Dora Kitchen that I boguht at a Children's Consignment Sell for , get this... $35!!!

 Dora Bicycle for lil miss. She loves it!!
 ..and Miss Fancy Nancy herself. Aren't these adorable?!
 Some of their new rooms in their doll house. We have a few more that I didn't get in this pic. They are obsessed with this doll house. They've had it for a year or so, but are just now getting into it.
 Christmas day..about to go to Papa T's house.
 I asked them "Who can say cheese better?" LOL! Love this!!!
 Burr! It was freezing outside. Too cold for pics mom.
 Cheeseball!!
 On the way there, bright eyed and bushy tailed..
 On the way home..worn smooth out!!
Merry Christmas to everyone. I hope everyone had as great of a Christmas 2010 as we did!! Happy Birthday Jesus.
{btw, 18week post and belly pic coming soon}

The Eve of Christmas Eve

Here we are, almost Christmas! It seems to come faster every year, doesn't it? Don't get me wrong, i'm ready for Christmas. I've been finished with my shopping for weeks now, but these crazy weather temps we've been having is making it hard to get in that winter, fuzzy, snuggly Christmas mood. But i'm trying!

Today, I have got to finish wrapping the last few gifts I found stashed in the closet. {I always do that!} At least I found them before Christmas this year.

I also have to buy stuff to cook. Grr!! I hate cooking new, Holiday foods. And it's even harder for me personally because I have to make it all Gluten Free, so it's basically from scratch. Blah..I guess i'm just lazy.

We did get our Christmas cards in the mail..hooray!!! That makes me a little bit more excited. I've just got to get up and off my booty and go to town.

So much to do...so little time..

PreK Christmas Party

Yesterday was CDC's Christmas Party at school. They didn't do anything extravagant, but the kids got to wear their pajamas, had treats, and their teacher bought them all a few gifts. Parents were allowed to come to the party and bring treats. It's so strange for me to already be going to school functions for CDC. It still seems like she was just born. {I wonder if that's what my parents meant when they said it. And I wonder if i'll still be saying that in 14 years when she is *gasp*18!}

Here are the girls before we left.{CRCgot to wear her jammies too} So hard to get a good picture of two kids, I can't even fathom trying to get 3 to look at me and smile.

Showing off their new Carter's jammies! My fav pjs for kids! {CRC and that darn paci!!!}
I was trying to get them to smile and in the meantime they were making silly faces at each other. I just thought it was too cute to pass up. :)
CDCsitting in her spot at school. She was sooo good!! All the kids were running around like crazy, shouting, hooping and hollering, but not my girl. She sat there the entire time and listened to the teacher.
Modelling her "Hand Print Reindeer Hat"
Num Yummy Cupcakes!! Such a cutie!! I love her smile.
CDC with one of her {messy} friends, Siana.
We had fun and she got lots of goodies!! She took a great nap when we got home too. :)

5 Days 'Til Christmas

Weeeeeee!!!! I'm SO excited!! Seriously, I think I am still partly that 5 year old giddy little girl that can't sleep the night before Christmas. That was totally me and i'm still the same way! I LOVE Christmas! I use my kids as excuses to get so excited and go all out decorating and buying gifts, but really, i'd be doing the same thing even if I didn't have kiddos. However, they do make it tons more fun! I love seeing the excitement on their faces. CDC has asked me every single day since we bought the Christmas tree if "Christmas here yet?"

I do already have all of their gifts purchased and wrapped and snugly under the tree, waiting to be torn open. But I do not have my other family members gifts wrapped. I also do not have all of the ingredients for the food i'm going to try and make for Christmas day. That's on the agenda for today...thru Thursday. {wink}

Guess I better get a move on.. after I finish my Creme Brulee Latte, of course.

Christmas Cards? What Are Those?

I've always been good about getting our family Christmas cards made, but this year, with everything that's been going on, it has slipped my mind. I decided, last minute(about ten minutes ago to be exact) to try and take some pictures of the girls in front of the tree. They were dressed fairly cute today so I gave it a shot.

CRCis in a really weird, goofy face stage right now. All of her smiles look cheeky. She also looks like she is missing teeth, but I assure you, she isn't. It's that darn paci causing havoc in her mouth. Alas, a few turned out pretty cute.

 CDC, as always, is ever so photogenic. :) Even though she was in a funky, grumpy mood!

 I like this one because she was really laughing!
 This is the best I could do of little CRC. Poor boo bear. She just doesn't care about being clean or neat and tidy like CDC does. lol. Gotta love her though ;)
I think they are possible Christmas card contenders. Just need to try to get one of the both of them together.
