Obviously, I'm on baby #3 so I should know a LOT about being pregnant and I do pride myself on knowing quite a bit, but I know nothing ab Braxton Hicks Ctx. I think i've been having them frequently. It's at random times, but I do notice it happens more when i'm stressed or been up walking a lot. It's like a tightening all the way down my stomach to my lady bits that takes my breath away. I went into labor on my own with CRC so I remember what it feels like. It was much more intense than this, but it's still uncomfortable. Baby girl still moves a lot before and after I get that feeling, so i'm not terribly worried. It's just not fun.
Everyone has said "drink more water" and that's all fine and good, but really does water make it stop?? I hate water with this pregnancy. Normally, I drink about 8 glasses/day, but since becoming pregnant it's only around 1 glass/day. I feel terrible, but I try to make up for it by drinking decaf tea, sprite and juice. Blah..seems like everything is making me sick through this pregnancy.
I think i'm going to google contractions and the differences, just so I can be prepared. It doesn't last for long and it's not in any kind of pattern so I know that's a good thing. It's just uncomfortable!! :)
